About Us

YIHE Landscape Architecture is founded in 2019 based in Bay Area California and Wuhan, China. Our Shanghai Office joined in 2021. 

We are committed to create public/private spaces to promote social harmony, economic vitality and ecological environment through artful design.  

Sustainable thinking is the foundation of our design. We identify, protect and reuse site resources to enhance the design. Bring down the energy consumption and minimize the damage to the environment. We understand sometimes project has complex issues need other professionals to get involved. We bring extensive experience to lead and collaborate with multiple consultants like architects, water environment engineers, structural engineers, artists to complete the project.

The scale of the site, the aesthetics of space, the use of people and the attributes of eco-friendly is what we like to study. We are committed to seeking a balance, with a united design language to integrate the needs of all aspects of the project. We think communication is the key to explore the potential and the site spirit of the project itself with client through design process. 

The good details must be relatively easy to achieve with sustainable detailing thinking while stand the test of time aesthetic. On-site cooperation and good communication is the key to the implementation stage of the project. Our team in Bay Area and China will continue to provide observation and administration in construction phase of the effort to bring the best results for the project.

Landscape is a medium to connect people to the environment, history, culture, and even memories of the resonance. It also can increase and promote the value to the site and its surrounding environment. We believe authentic should be the core of the design without unnecessary piling and symbols.

以和设计事务所，由美国注册景观建筑师（RLA）Chungpo Fang（方仲伯）于2019年创立。

以和设计致力于通过景观建筑，规划以及城市设计，结合科学与艺术，创造能够引起共鸣的艺术空间、重建生态的自然环境、促进社会和谐并带动经济活力的公共场地。我们追求与客户一同构思、制作且建造设计精美的环境，最终实现可持续的城市发展。

​我们相信设计的灵感来自于项目本身，设计概念启发可以有许多可能，有时候是业主自豪的企业文化、有时候是场地周遭的城市机理、有时候是一个场地急需解决的生态环境问题、有时候是纯粹当地使用者的功能需要、有时候是场地自身的历史记忆…

​永续环保的思维是我们做设计的基础，不管任何项目我们都尽可能的去保护利用场地以及周遭原本的景观资源，将设计所带来能源的消耗以及对环境的破坏减到最小。我们理解有的时候项目具备复杂的场地条件以及挑战，需要由景观带领其他专业顾问一起解决问题，我们拥有丰富的经验和水环境工程师、标志视觉导向顾问、艺术家、建筑师等协作完成项目。

​场地的尺度、空间美学、人的使用以及生态环保的属性是我们喜欢研究的，我们致力寻求一个平衡点，用合一的语汇来整合项目各方面的需要，我们也具备良好的沟通能力，在设计的过程中尽可能探索项目自身的潜力，力求在每个项目上能打造出专属于每个项目的场地精神。

​我们对细节的处理有独特的要求，好的细节必须是要相对容易实现并永续的施工细部，同时经得起时间考验的审美，现场的配合与良好的沟通是项目实施阶段重要的关键，我们在中国的团队会延续方案阶段的努力，为项目带来最好的成果。

​景观设计是一个良好的介质，好的景观能够引起人们对环境、历史、文化、甚至回忆的共鸣，也能够增加场地自身以及带动周遭环境的价值。正因如此我们认为景观设计应探索对于项目来说最重要的道，并倾全力围绕这个核心来打造项目，摈弃不需要的堆砌与符号，将最纯粹的景观体现出来，作出最真实的当地景观。

​方仲伯先生是美国注册景观建筑师，景观建筑协会会员，具备美国能源及环境设计专业认证。他主持设计过许多不同的项目类型，包含从大尺度的大型城市综合体、办公总部、景观总体规划、度假酒店设计、住宅社区、滨水开放空间到小尺度的高端别墅、私家住宅以及屋顶花园等。方仲伯先生曾在AECOM旧金山办公室工作，担任设计总监一职。
